An antique bentwood café chair by one of the great late 19th century European bentwood companies, Mundus. They had factories all over the Austro-Hungarian empire - this one was made in Poland, as can be seen on the maker's mark. This label dates the chair from before 1914, as the Mundus factory merged with J&J Kohn in 1914, who later merged with the even more famous Gebrüder Thonet.
Condition: Good vintage. Not restored. The seat was reinforced with added support.

Returns. Huisraad Modern has a fourteen-day return policy. A refund will be done by Huisraad Modern within ten working days of the return of the product, on condition that it is in the condition that it left our shop, and that it has been shipped on or before the fourteenth working day after the sale has been concluded.
